In real estate, or any industry, there’s rarely a true “solopreneur”. Everyone has people they trust to help serve customers or clients, and get the job done ..
If I said I did everything myself, it would be a lie, and similarly – those whom I work with lend their skills, their time, and their proficiencies in doing deals.
Spouses help to carry one another’s burdens, as do unmarried relationships, friendships, and classmates. Everyone fits into a bigger puzzle from the baseline abilities which help do big things together. Learn my process – If what you don’t know can hurt you, then let me inform you to help you.
Deal Analysis / Offer Creation
I work with a team who is skilled at having done hundreds of deal analysis for partners, including me. They’ve worked with sellers, agents, investors, and other parties in multiple states. They understand what buyers want, based on entry and exit strategies, and help do the math.
Acquisition / Funding /Escrow
Essential to any real estate situation is how it’s bought, and how it’s sold. Is it an all cash deal? Is it some cash and some terms? Is it no cash and all terms? Is it a live-in property, a ground up new construction, a fix and flip, or a renting or co-living space? Everyone will have different goals.
Disposition / Client Support
Will the deal be kept, rented, sold, flipped etcetera? Continuing from the prior stage, this is where the property or land is sold, a new buyer comes in to take over mortgage debt and/or property or land, and I do post deal support. This is where I see what additional value I can provide for you.
